Our Process

    We come prepared directly to you, with extra protection to carefully handle your items.

  • We clean glass bongs (up to 28”), pipes, one-hitters, grinders, and dabbing carb caps/ bangers. We do not clean vapes, vaporizers, e-rigs, intricate glass/accessories, gravity bongs, or electric grinders.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • We use common cleaning methods safe for designer/delicate accessories. We replace anything we break. Think of it like taking a classic car to a specialist mechanic….but for your smoking accessories!

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • We offer accessible pricing based on item(s) and condition. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • We offer 3 bundle packages at a discounted rate, including complimentary pick-up/drop-off for all bundle packages.

  • We accept cash or e-transfer. We request a 50% deposit to confirm booking and the remaining balance is expected to be paid before item(s) are returned back to the original owner.

  • Mobile pick-up & drop-off coverage areas are available for addresses in Winnipeg, Manitoba only.
